Château Ventenac offers a selection of flexible residential painting holidays and Art courses in the Spring and Autumn . All courses are led by qualified and experienced teachers and are generally suitable for all levels.
The Château is set on the banks of the Canal du Midi in an area of outstanding natural beauty among the vineyards of the Languedoc with absolutely wonderful views, enabling you to relax and unwind whilst enjoying your painting holiday.
Guests are accommodated in our stylish bed and breakfast rooms, and further accommodation is available within the village. Meals are Mediterranean style feasts served on the terraces or in the stylish Dining Hall.
Château based courses are held in the elegant dining and drawing rooms, the large upstairs studio as well as in the shaded gardens and terraces.
All painting holidays offer tuition, accommodation, all meals and as much wine as you care to drink. Flights are not included but are available from as little as £35 return off peak, from airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair. We can also provide transport from local airports (Carcassonne, Beziers) and rail stations (Narbonne).
We also arrange flexible tailor made courses for groups who wish to book to come together.
Our next course is "French Style Interiors" from 22nd to 27th April 2012 with Nicola Blakemore
