Arrivals at local airports-guests can be collected by car
or make their own way to Ventenac for mid afternoon.
Relax, settle in and take a short walk around the area:
Canal-du-Midi, the village and Cave (wine co-operative)
Evening meal at the Chateau

Day two
Cookery School Morning session
gredients and dishes,
bread-making and French cookery techniques.
Evening
Join Juliet Bruce Jones, Master of Wine, a blind wine tasting and a delicious meal which we will have cooked together during the day.
Day three
Market visit to Lezignan,
have petit dejeuner in a café and buy local produce from the market
Lunch at the Chateau

Day four
Cookery School Morning session
Patisserie, croissant and brioche workshop
Lunch at the Chateau
Afternoon visit to a local restaurant, le Comptoir Nature for locally produced sheep’s milk ice-cream and drinks.
You will then have the choice of a drive, a walk or cycle back to the Chateau along the delightful Canal-du-midi
Cookery School Afternoon
Mediterranean tapas: food for parties, picnics and friends. Create dishes from France, Spain, Greece and Italy and make our evening meal.

Departure (deliver to airports or make own way)
