Verification:

The balance, including the security deposit, should be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, Online or by BACS/CHAPS payment

The 25% deposit in non-refundable.You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause which may enable to to reclaim non-refundable monies

The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of a satisfactory inspection of the property at the completion of the rental

Lettings are provisional until confirmed in writing by the owner

Lettings are from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am (local time)
